Our Story

From humble beginnings to one of the largest wholesalers of fresh produce in the Channel Isles.

Established in 1969, Homefield has been supplying the island with fresh vegetables for over 50 years. As a farming family we focus on what we know, delivering the freshest fruit and vegetables island wide specialising in locally grown produce, supporting local farmers wherever we can to keep the Island's rich farming heritage alive and growing.

Homefield is proud to be a non-corporate, 100% family owned and run farm with three generations of the family still running the business.

A greener future

In an ideal world, we would all eat within the local seasons. In the real world however, bananas, citrus, a 12-month supply of tomatoes, peppers and apples… These things can’t be grown locally all year round, but have come to be viewed as essentials in most households. Given this reality, we’ve made it our mission to not only use local produce wherever possible but also to try and be as green as possible in our business.
